TRAN PHAM – FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Tran created Scene Queen to connect marketing opportunities to young women who face challenges landing positions in the professional world due to a lack of working experience upon graduating from post secondary . Similarly to her own struggles, she found that upon graduating with her BA in marketing there was little passion to be found working in the entry level positions. Trying her hand in the entrepreneurial world, she used her natural creatively to market her ideas attracting partnership of the group’s affiliate network which has greatly supported the success of the brand. Today Scene Queen’s accelerating growth in the local Toronto market has seen recognizable success noting her personal accomplishments tied to the brand as a recognized entrepreneur in Maclean’s Magazine, an entertainment expert articled by the Toronto Star, and her 2015 nomination in the Young Entrepreneurs category for the online publication at Notable.ca.
MARCELLA BARIC – KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Marcella Baric leads as our key accounts manger with her expertise in event management. Garnering over 10 years of experience in corporate communications, event planning, and program management- she translates her extensive experience on the field of executing large staffing projects for our key accounts. Her talent of relationship building is one that has been instrumental in growing close relationships with our key accounts in evolving with the market. As a friend to Tran, the two women started pursuing the opportunities to work on projects related to assembling teams for event staffing purposes back in 2012.
Marcella’s most recent accolade in graduating from an interior design program has accelerated her technical comprehension in presenting brands and her overall natural knack for visual execution. Her side projects include a glamorous, on-air position as a demonstration Model on ” The Shopping Network”.
RIALDA ZVRKO – STAFFING COORDINATOR
Rialda Zvrko – the most recent member of Scene Queen Group has joined as a coordinator in staffing and content management. Rialda is a supporting function for assisting in communications for both large and boutique house accounts with talent and staffing management.
Her knowledge of trends and her understanding of multi-media allows her to assemble effective actions when executing strategies for the brands’ visibility and online presence. Rialda’s former hand at St. Joseph Media marks her accomplishments in assisting with the launch their new social media app ” PASSPORT 150″.
